Axle-box unit and bearings dismantling and washing system
The system performs the following manufacturing operations:
- lifting and moving the wheelset along the trestle;
- rotation of wheelsets at manufacturing positions;
- using a dismantling stand to unscrew all the bolts of the axle-box unit and M110 nut;
- removal of both axle-boxes from the axle of the wheel set and their transportation by means of a manipulator to the position of dismantling the bearings of the automated section for pressing-out and washing bearings and axle box housings;
- pressing-out of bearings from the axle box;
- washing of axle-box housings;
- washing of bearings.
