Multipurpose stand for metro coach roof assembly

The stand is intended for assembly and welding operations for metro coach roof manufacturing. It is flexible and performs the assembly of 3 roof types.

Stand provides:

· Positioning and reliable fixation of every detail of the roof;

· Free access to weld seams;

· Ability of top roof plate resistance welding;

· Ability of sheathing plates welding (the clamping units of the stand components are folding);

· Any parts distortions caused by motion of operator with welding equipment along the sheathing plates is excluded.
