Operating Principle
The body assembly process includes the following stages:
- Installation and fixation of side walls
- Mounting of the end wall using a special trolley
- Alignment and positioning of components
- Clamping and tack welding
- Laying and fixation of the bottom using a clamping portal
- Installation of rear beams
- Completion of assembly and removal of the product from the stand
All operations are performed using pneumatic and mechanized systems, reducing labor intensity and improving assembly quality.
