Filtering unit for blast rooms

Filtering unit provides dusty air removal from the blast rooms, its cleaning and discharge into atmosphere. 
Filtering unit consists of upper and lower sections made of rolled iron. Filtering cartridges and cartridges shaking system providing their cleaning from dust are located in the upper part of the unit. Cartridges shaking is performed by short-time pulse of compressed air supply. The dust accumulated on the cartridge falls to dust collecting hopper while air filtering process continues.
Receiver tank with offsets to electrically controlled valves is located on the side wall from the outside of filtering unit.
When one of the valves is actuated the compressed air pulse is supplied to two cartridges. Cartridges regeneration is performed by dried and cleaned compressed air under pressure of 0,4...0,6 MPA. Air preparation unit with regulating filter is installed on the filtering unit for air purification and pressure regulation. The shaking pulse lasts 0,2...0,5 sec, valves actuation interval is 10 sec. These parameters are set from LOGO controller in the control cabinet.
Hatches with removable covers are provided for easy maintenance. Dust collecting hoppers are located in the bottom section. Tanks are connected to hoppers by quick-release clamps. Two sections are interconnected by bolted connection and attached to the workshop floor by foundation bolts. There is a platform for upper section maintenance. Exhaustion in ventilation system is assured by fan installed on a separate frame and attached to the workshop floor by foundation bolts. Air ducts provide the connection between operating chamber, fan and filtering unit.
