Robotic welding center is equipped with a system of path correction during welding which allows to make the system less sensitive to welded workpieces grooving shifts. Besides there is no need to perform deseaming as a smooth arc ignition function is integrated into a robot movement dynamic model which considerably reduces spattering during welding startup.
The stand is equipped with a safety system which prevents trespassing of people into working area.
Operating principle
The product is installed for welding in a fixture on the positioner. It is fixed in the fixture using pneumatic clamps. By pressing the button located on the stand next to the corresponding positioner, the required robot program is called up. The robot, using a trolley located on the guide, moves to this position and begins welding. Upon completion of welding, a signal is sent indicating the end of the program and the possibility of replacing the product.
