The stand is designed for assembly and welding of gondola car frames in normal position, platform frames for transporting 80-foot containers and car frames for transporting cars in reverse position.
Adjustment of the conductor for assembly and welding of a particular beam consists in fixed re-adjustment of clamping and base elements to strictly defined places. Adjustment of the stand for assembly of one or another frame is ensured by installation of the conductors on strictly fixed places, provided on the embedded parts in the floor of the workshop.
