The bath is intended for manganese phosphating of couplings.
The bath consists of the main structure containing two steam heating pipeworks heating the power fluid and four protective bumpers protecting the pipeworks during couplings carrier dipping into the bath. The bath has the bubble flasks for power fluid mixing and smooth phosphatizing agent obtaining.
Part of bubble flask is located inside the steam heating pipework for preliminary heating of air, supplied to phosphatizing agent. From the top of the bath there are two points for coupling holders mounting. The bath is equipped with pneumatically driven hinged cover. The compressed air with 0.4 MPa pressure for bubble flask and bath cover pheumatic drive actuation is connected to the T-socket.
