Purpose of Elevating Access Platforms
Elevating access platforms are specialized technological equipment that solves the main challenge in the production and repair of railway equipment: providing comfortable and safe access for workers to the upper part of the wagon body.
The platforms allow:
- Lifting one or several workers with tools to the required height;
- Performing assembly work, filling, grinding, painting, and quality control of the wagon body;
- Moving along the wagon to process end and side surfaces.
The equipment is ideal for assembly lines at wagon-building and wagon-repair plants, depots, and enterprises engaged in the modernization of rolling stock.
