Roller conveyer for transportation of pipes

The roller conveyor directed in translation and rotation motions to transport pipes. It consists of a frame, loose trough rollers, live trough rollers, a turning gear and drawbars. The frame is a welded metal structure and provides the fastening of roller conveyor components and of the roller conveyor as a single whole. The roller conveyor is mounted on the floor by foundation bolts. Loose trough rollers support the pipe during its movement and consists of 2 tilting yokes which carry rollers, a swivel base and a stopper. The trough rollers are connected to the frame by an axle. The tilting yokes provide the distance regulation between rollers according to the pipe diameters and then are fixed in a corresponding position by a stopper. The live trough rollers turn the pipe and are similar to loose trough rollers with a difference that there is a drive on one roller. As a drive there is a worm reduction gearmotor. The turning gear turns trough rollers as well the pipe around its axle and consists of a worm reduction gearmotor, a screw-nut gear and have a swing joint with drawbars. The drawbars have a swing joint with trough rollers and turn all the trough rollers under the same angle.
