Rod Loading Machine for Mills is industrial equipment designed for automated feeding of metal rods into rod and ball mills. The machine is used in mining, mineral processing and metallurgical plants to improve productivity, reduce downtime and enhance operational safety.

Operation principle
The rods (stacked 12 per cartridge) are fed one by one to the rod feeder. After unloading the first cartridge, the process is repeated for the remaining three cartridges. Then the cartridges are removed one by one and the next 4 loaded cartridges are installed in their place.

Yes, personnel must undergo brief instruction or training to operate the unit safely and effectively. Remote training or on-site training during commissioning are available.

What does the installation supervision and commissioning package include?
The service package includes:
- our specialist's presence during equipment installation by the client's representatives for a specified period of time;
- organization and supervision of the installation process;
- commissioning and configuration of equipment parameters.
What maintenance does the equipment require?
