The safety of personnel working with the equipment is ensured by a control system.
The control system identifies quality control personnel working on the line and tracks both acceptable and unacceptable pipes passing through the inspection table. During the process of tracking unacceptable pipes, they are classified into a record sheet by defect type.
The equipment is equipped with a control panel for performing maintenance work.
The equipment is equipped with interlocks that prevent unauthorized activation of mechanisms, which could result in equipment failure or injury to maintenance personnel.
