Shot Blasting Chamber for Sheet and Rolled Profile Metal
   
 

 The shot blasting chamber cleans sheet and rolled profile metal removing scale, dirt and rust. The chamber with protection has a closed metal construction covered inside with rubber sheets to absorb cinematic shot energy. The sheet and rolled profile metal is directed by a transport device into the shot blasting chamber where it is treated automatically. Then, the metal comes into the final purification chamber where dust and shots are removed. The regeneration of used shots takes place continuously in closed cycles charging shots by a screw conveyor an elevator into the separator, shot eliminator and then into the hopper.
By request of the Customer we can deliver roller conveyors, racks for loading and receiving as well the air cleansing system

The roller conveyors have a smooth speed regulation in a broad range making it possible to choose optimal cleaning mode in dependence on objects to be cleaned, requirements concerning cleaning surfaces and specified capacity.

The racks for loading and receiving load rolled metal on the line and take it off after treatment. The racks have a construction of 6 single drags assembled  by a driving shaft with a chain wheel. The drive is mounted on one of drags On the drags drag-chains are driven by a drive moving the carriages with lifters. When the chains are pulled the lifters go up lifting a metal sheet and move the sheet on the carriages by means of chain drive to the roller conveyor where the sheet is put on the roller conveyor. The carriages return to its initial position. The drag frames are fixed to the foundation by anchor bolts.

Air cleansing system consists of a filter unit, a radial fan, airways, an operating floor and provides the suction of dirty air out of the shot blasting chamber, its cleansing and discharge into the atmosphere. The filter unit consists of an upper and a lower sections. In the upper part there are filter cartridges and a system which shakes the cartridges removing the dust by pressed air pulse. The dust falls from the cartridge into the hopper, but the cleansing process continues. At the outside filter unit wall a receiver is mounted and connected to electrically controlled valves. When one valve is activated the pressed air pulse is given to 2 cartridges. The cartridges are  regenerated by dried and cleaned pressed air with pressure of 0,4...0,6 MPa. There is an air preparation unit at the filter unit to clean air and regulate its pressure. To make the maintenance convenient there are hatches with removable covers. In the power section there are air collecting hoppers. The hoppers are connected by means of quickly removable clamps.
