1. PREPROJEKT WORKUP

2. THE PROJECT STAGE

The stage “Project” is developed to solve town-planning, architectural, ecological, technical, technological, engineering tasks and to calculate the construction budget for the project. The project parts must be laconic, without unnecessary details in the scope which is enough to appraise the volume of structural and installation works, needs in equipment and in building structures as well in fuel-energy and manpower resources. It defines preliminary costs of construction.
The project has to be examined by state experts according to the legislation regardless of source of finance.
3. THE STAGE “TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS”
This stage is based on the previous stage “Project” according to the conclusions as for structural and installation works. For simple objects the project documents can be worked out with one stage “Working Draft” which has to be examined by state experts. The structural and installation works are fulfilled according to this Draft.
4. AGREEMENT
