Our enterprise was founded by the specialists, who gained huge scientific and factory-floor experience in “All-union scientific-research project-technological institute of carriage engineering” (ASRPTICE) and Pilot plant ASRPTICE. We design and manufacture equipment for depots, carriage and car-repair works of CIS.
We can offer facilities on optimal lay-out solutions projecting for workshops, separate production sections and specialized assembly lines for new freight cars, carriages, wheel pairs manufacturing and for repair of used ones.
Our enterprise designed and manufactured universal special technological equipment, capable (on insignificant reset) to produce both different kinds of gondolla car and tank-vagons.
We can produce and deliver following equipment:
- test benches for mounting, fitting and welding of center cills, frames, swivel units, front and side walls, hatch covers, truck barrels, wheelpairs and other units of freight carriages, tank trucks, platforms;
- lifting-turning devices for wheelpairs, manipulators, conveyors, live and dead roller beds;
- Shotcasting and blasting equipment for cleaning and preparation of different surfaces of details and units, carriage underframes, truck barrels and ready-assembled carriages;
- Spray and drying cabinets for carriages and their component parts painting;
- line of wheelpairs axlebox units mounting with flexible production programm (from small repetition work to output up to dozens thousand wheelpairs per year) and equipped with highly productive mechanisms and devices in complete;
- oiling complex, providing mechanized excerption of oil from the barrel, supply of oil under pressure, dozing and oiling of all normative points of axle-box unit;
- washing machines of new generation with high-lift pupms usage for washing carriages, wheelpairs, axle-boxes, bearings and spare parts of passenger and freight cars. They give an opportunity to accomplish washing with water, without special solution application, thus cleaning of worked-out water is simple. In complete with washing machine we can supply compact water cleaning plants.
Dimensions of single equipment can be changed in accordance with adjusted program and Cusomer's demands.
